Rebel without a cause........ It's not too
often that Gary has been accused of being stable, but what do you think would go
through the passenger's and crew's minds if they saw the likes of this
"conducting" their train?
Here we find Libby in his Napoleonic costume re-enacting the Battle of Waterloo
in the Cafe Car on an ACELA somewhere between Boston and New York City.
The lights are apparently on but who knows who the hell is home.
