Ancient New Haven Railroad work train. Not sure of the location but several folks seem to think this photo was taken along the "Stoughton Branch," shortly after this Old Colony branch was absorbed into the New Haven System.

New Haven RS-3's sit idle at the Dover Street Passenger Yard in South Boston, Massachusetts. Note the Gillette Safety Razor factory in the background. This area is now the site of the MBTA's Cabot Shops.

P&W "PR-2" approaches "Boston Switch" in Pawtucket/Central Falls near the Rhode Island/Massachusetts border.
